Our Activities

While we focus on purebred dogs, we love all dogs and work to better not only their lives, but the lives of the people who love them.  As such, we have promoted and participated in the  following:

*Pet food drive to the area 10 seniors (Monroe County, IN)

*Humane  Society (Brown County, IN) 

* ICAN dog for Monroe County, IN

*FIDO (Portland OR Wildfires)

*AKC Reunite (Hurricane Relief MS & LA

At our meeting, on November 2, 2022, Member Taylor McComb gave a brief seminar on the Shiba Inu.  The history behind Shiba Inu, the size and temperatment (both here in the US and Japan), the coat colors, texture and the banding of color on the hair strands. The importance of the head and the correct ear set.
